If you’re feeling a little sad that Raptor mania (and by mania, we mean honking and partying) is dying down following the massive parade that celebrated the beloved Toronto team’s historic NBA Finals win, you might be happy to know that you can still indulge in all things Raptors.

In fact, an exciting Raptors event is coming to Square One in Mississauga.

On Thursday, June 20, Danny Green, the small forward/shooting guard for the Toronto Raptors, will make an appearance at Sport Chek in Square One.

“Back in Toronto on Thursday! I’ll be hanging out at @sportchek Square One from 4:30 – 5:30,” Green wrote on Twitter.

If you want to meet Green, you’ll have to grab a wristband today at 4:00 pm at the store in advance.

As for how to get a wristband, Sport Chek says the first 100 people age 12 and over who are in line on Thursday, June 19 by 3:30 p.m. (and who enter the store by 4:00 p.m.) will receive a wristband which allows them access to the Danny Green Meet & Greet on Thursday.

Wristbands have no cash value and may not be redeemed, exchanged or refunded for cash.

Minors aged 12 years or younger must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to receive a wristband.

Two or more people cannot share one wristband.

To prevent any chaos, Sport Chek says recipients must line up in an orderly fashion. The store management team reserves the right to refuse to provide a wristband to anyone who is disruptive, aggressive or violent while waiting in line or entering the store.
