61-year-old man missing from St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton

Hamilton Police Service (HPS) search for a man unlawfully at large from St. Joseph’s Hospital, West 5^th Campus.

On July 16, shortly after 4:30 p.m. 61-year-old Thomas Hart left the hospital which is located at 100 West 5^th St.

Hart is described as a white male, 5’9”, approximately 200 lbs with blue eyes, a beard, and longer grey hair.

He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, grey polo shirt with purple and red stripes, black pants, and black shoes.

Hart is currently an involuntary patient in the Forensic Program at St. Joseph’s Hospital.

Members of the public are asked to contact police if they see Hart.
