While home prices have dropped in Brampton and across the GTA, there are still big spenders out there willing to pay more than $2 million for a home.

The real estate market was a roller coaster last year with home prices dropping in the fall and winter. Despite the low prices, those looking to buy this year will face challenges with high mortgage rates.

Nevertheless, some people can afford luxury. The most expensive homes sold in February 2023 come with grand entryways, massive rooms and park-like backyards. Zoocasa real estate brokerage has put together a list of these homes.

Here are five of the most expensive homes sold in Brampton:

8 Fallowfield Road

This four-bedroom home features Brazilian hardwood floors, fireplaces and a “dramatic” circular staircase, according to the listing from Re/Max Regal Homes.
