A Zellers pop-up shop has opened at Burlington Centre.

According to Retail Insider, the pop-up shop is located inside Hudson’s Bay on the second floor.

Many people may remember Zellers as a retail chain known for its range of products and affordable prices.

Founded in 1931 by Walter Zeller, the store quickly became iconic in terms of Canadian retailing and was acquired by Hudson’s Bay Company in 1978.

Zellers stores later closed in 2013, resulting in many of its locations being replaced by Target stores.

Retail Insider has also reported that additional Zellers pop-up shops could later follow this opening in Burlington.
