Worker injured after fall from townhouse complex in Oakville

The provincial Ministry of Labour has been called in after a worker was injured at an Oakville townhouse complex.

Halton Police received the call about the workplace incident at Sixth Line and Dundas St. around 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 30.

According to a police spokesperson, the caller said that a worker had fallen off a roof.

The victim was rushed to Hamilton General Hospital by Halton paramedics where he was in serious condition.
