Woman struck by dump truck in Brampton

Peel Police are on scene following a collision involving a pedestrian in Brampton this morning (April 26).
Police say a woman was struck by a dump truck in the area of Bramalea Road and Steeles Avenue East.
The incident occurred around 6:00 a.m. this morning.
Police say the woman is conscious and has been transported to a hospital with minor injuries.
The driver remained at the scene and police are continuing to investigate.
There are no road closures in effect.
