Woman found dead in Lincoln, Ontario

A woman was found dead yesterday in the Town of Lincoln in Niagara, Ontario
Niagara Regional Police say the victim was located shortly after 3 p.m. near Nineteenth Street and Seventh Avenue.
The investigation is in its early stages, with a heavy police presence in the area, officials say.
Homicide detectives and the Forensic Services Unit (FSU) are also at the scene.
Authorities have not indicated where the woman was found, whether it was at a nearby home or outdoors.

Police have also not released the victim’s name and other identification details, such as her age and place of residence.
The cause of death is unknown at this time.
Police have not confirmed if the incident is believed to involve foul play.
