With 24 new COVID-19 cases today but 23 resolved, Niagara Region holds steady at 177 ongoing

With 24 new COVID-19 cases discovered today (November 26) but another 23 resolved, Niagara Region stayed steady at 177 ongoing cases.

At the moment, there are 10 people being treated in Niagara hospitals – one in the ICU.

St. Catharines continues to have the largest ongoing caseload at 64 – about 36 per cent of the region’s cases – as Welland now holds the second-highest with 24. Niagara Falls and Fort Erie, who jockeyed back-and-forth in the number two spot all month long, now have 16 and 15 cases respectively.

Both Lincoln and Pelham have 11 cases. The remaining six municipalities range from a low of one case in West Lincoln up to eight cases in Thorold.
