Winter weather advisory issued for Mississauga, Brampton, Burlington, Oakville, and Milton

Residents should take note of a winter weather advisory that has been issued for Mississauga, Brampton and Halton.

Accumulating snowfall amounts of 2 to 5 cm are expected on Sunday, Nov. 28, which will likely impact road conditions.

Motorists are asked to exercise caution, as untreated roads may be icy and slippery.

The snow will begin Sunday morning and persist throughout the day before moving out Sunday evening.

“Poor weather conditions may contribute to transportation delays. If visibility is reduced while driving, turn on your lights and maintain a safe following distance,” says Environment Canada.
