Winter Storm Warning extended in Oshawa and Durham to Thursday

Environment Canada has updated the winter storm watch to a winter storm warning for all of Durham Region with snow and ice pellets and the risk of freezing rain expected with accumulations expected to reach as much as 15 cm.
The winter storm warning will be in effect until Thursday, February 23.
For now recreation facilities in Oshawa and other Durham municipalities will remain open for regular operating hours and regular programming will continue as scheduled.
