Whitby father-of-two wins $100,000 on ENCORE

Robert (Bobby) Kelly of Whitby is 100,000 richer after matching six of seven ENCORE numbers on the February 4 LOTTO MAX draw.
Kelly, a father of two, discovered his win while checking his email. “I didn’t believe it,” he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings.
The analytics consultant told his wife about the big win right away. “She was in disbelief too. We believe it now!” he smiled.
Kelly plans to pay some bills. “It feels great,”
