Wet weather causing sports field closures in Burlington on Aug. 23

Burlington sports fields are being closed on case-by-case basis following the recent rainy weather.

Earlier this week, fields in Ireland Park were shut down.

Today, the wet, unsafe conditions, has forced the City to close the following sport fields for Tuesday, Aug. 23:

  • Brant Hills, D2
  • Casey Cosgrove Field, Nelson Park
