Ontario, Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, police, robbery, assaulted, wallet

Back in April 2022, the Bromont Police started an investigation into the internet luring of a child under 16 years old that ended up landing in Niagara.

When the suspect was identified as living in Welland, the Niagara Police’s Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit took over.

This morning (August 17), they raided a Welland home and charged Cameron Gregory Micheal Davidson, 27, with luring a child via telecommunication to make child pornography.

He was held in custody and is set to appear for a bail hearing today at the courthouse in St. Catharines.

The Niagara Police I.C.E. Unit initiative has been made possible by a grant from the Ministry of the Solicitor General.
