Welland man arrested following allegations of online child luring

A Welland man is facing online child luring charges after the Niagara Police’s Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit started an investigation in March.

Today (April 5), Niagara Police charged Trevor Mackenzie Stewart, 29, of Welland with luring a child via telecommunications (the internet) and failure to comply with a probation order.

He was held in custody for a bail hearing today at the courthouse in St. Catharines.
