Friday will be mainly cloudy, with a high of around 28 C, feeling like 34 C with the humidex in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton and Durham Region, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada.
There is a risk of a thunderstorm in the afternoon. A low of 18 C is forecast for the evening.
If you are planning a weekend trip, pack your sunscreen — both Saturday and Sunday will be sunny with clear skies forecast.
A high of 28 C is forecast on Saturday. With the humidity, it could feel like 30 C in the afternoon, according to the Weather Network.
A low of 19 C is forecast in the evening.
On Sunday, expect a high of around 29 C, feeling like 30 C in the afternoon. The low could drop to 20 C in the evening.
Temperatures are expected to rise to above 30 C into next week.
Normal highs for this time of year are around 26 C, according to Environment Canada.
