Weekend sewer installation will close parts of Centennial Pkwy in Hamilton

Your weekend drive through the east Hamilton Mountain and into Stoney Creek may need some re-routing.

Beginning Friday (July 22) at 7 p.m, the work will begin to install a sanitary sewer.

Upper Centennial Pkwy between Rymal and Green Mountain Rd. will be closed until 5 a.m. on Monday (July 26).

“Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour and to expect traffic delays in the area,” says the City.

Service delays are expected to occur along HSR routes 43-Stone Church and 44-Rymal during the work and customers should allow extra time for travel.
