The good news for Ontario residents is the snow that fell all day and night Friday will end before morning.

The bad news? You got a lot of shovelling to do, with at least 15 centimetres of the white stuff on your driveway.

Saturday will be mainly cloudy from Mississauga to Hamilton, with a mix of sun and cloud in Toronto and in Durham Region. The skies should clear in the afternoon in Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville and Burlington.

The winds will be 20 km/hr, gusting to 40 km/hr and generally becoming light near midnight Saturday. Daytime highs will be plus 3 in most areas while the lows will be minus 8 from Mississauga to Burlington and minus 10 in Hamilton and Durham Region.

Overnight windchills will hit minus 11 in Mississauga and minus 14 in Durham.
