Weather March 21: Cold and windy conditions continue in southern Ontario

Mississauga and parts east will wake up to a mix of sun and cloud, brisk winds and wind chills of minus 15 Thursday.

Residents from Oakville to Hamilton will see clear skies in the morning and similar temperatures, with winds gusting to 40 km/hr in Oakville and Burlington and slightly gentler breezes in Hamilton. The steel city will also have a 40 per cent chance of flurries, with snow not in the forecast for the rest of Golden Horseshoe.

Daytime highs will be range from zero to minus 2 while the lows will be minus 9 in most of the regions.

Afternoon lows will be minus 6 (Mississauga), minus 7 (Hamilton) and minus 8 (Pickering to Oshawa) while overnight lows will be minus 12 west of Toronto (minus 13 in Hamilton) and will dip down to minus 14 in Durham Region.
