Wanted driver fled Port Perry accident scene
Police are after the driver of this truck after he allegedly fled a crash.

An unidentified driver is wanted after he fled the scene of a car crash in Port Perry.

Around 6 p.m. on June 10, 2022 the driver of a white Chevy Silverado pick up truck rear-ended another car near Simcoe St and Scugog St. Both of the drivers agreed to pull into a nearby Esso gas station to exchange information.

However, the Silverado then left the gas station parking lot with our providing his information to the other driver. Police describe the man as white, between 35 and 40 years old, standing roughly six feet tall, with a skinny and muscular build.

He had slight beard growth the day of the crash and was wearing a green ball cap, a white shirt and jeans. Investigators believe the man was driving a Chevrolet Silverado 2400 HD, which is likely new to the driver.
