Wait time tracker at Brampton Civic Hospital, Peel Memorial Centre offline

Brampton’s health system is working to bring back the wait time tracker at Brampton Civic Hospital and the Peel Memorial Centre after it went down on Thursday (Feb. 2).

The William Osler Health System said that its online wait time tracker is undergoing maintenance “to ensure the clocks are as accurate as possible.” The wait clock is currently offline, and Osler did not say when it expects the tracker to be back up.

Osler, which oversees operations at Brampton Civic, the Peel Memorial Centre and Etobicoke General Hospital, is asking residents to visit the health system’s where to go for care page for information on care options.

Osler says the wait clock represents the approximate wait time most patients will wait to see a physician and does not predict the entire length of stay.
