Vulnerable 60 year-old Oshawa woman missing

Police are searching for a missing vulnerable 60-year-old Oshawa woman.
Kelly Winifred was last seen on Wednesday, July 28 at approximately 8 p.m. at the Walmart in Courtice. Her family has concerns for her well-being.
Winifred is described as white, fair complexion, approximately 5’1″ tall with a thin build. She has brown wavy hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a green floral tank, grey pants and white shoes and carrying a blue bag.
