Violent Oshawa convenience store robber remains at large

The man who robbed an Oshawa convenience store and attacked the store clerk remains unidentified and at large.

Around 9:30 p.m. July 28, the robber walked into 4 Seasons Convenience on Wilson Rd S and Olive Ave. The man picked out some merchandise and approached the counter.

He and the clerk got into an argument, though police did not specify what about. The robber then assaulted the clerk, grabbed the product from the counter and ran.

He hopped into a cream coloured sedan and sped away from the scene. The clerk suffered minor injuries in the attack and was treated in store.

Police describe the suspect as a white man, about 5’10” tall with a medium build, short brown hair and glasses. He was wearing a red t-shirt, black shorts and black shoes.
