Video: Two drivers rear-end each other in nearly empty parking lot in Brampton

Video of a low-speed crash in a virtually empty Brampton parking lot is getting some laughs and racking up views on social media.
The comical clip posted to TikTok on Saturday was filmed at a parking lot at Highway 50 and Castle Oaks Crossing in Brampton and captured two drivers reversing into each other’s vehicles despite the nearly empty lot.
The video shows the driver of a black car backing up out of a parking spot before coming to a stop. That’s when a minivan behind the car also starts to move in reverse, bumping into the stopped vehicle.

Video of the crash posted to TikTok has been viewed over 43,000 times and shared across multiple social media platforms and accounts, with viewers getting a chuckle out of the odd crash.
“You can’t even be safe in a parking lot in Brampton,” one user wrote, poking fun at the bad wrap Brampton drivers often get. “Only in Brampton,” wrote another.
