The fall season is fast approaching but there’s still time for fun in the sun at Brampton’s newest summer attraction, the Wibit water park at Professor’s Lake.

The new Wibit inflatable water park opened in Brampton for the first time this summer with water slides, obstacle challenges and plenty of activities for kids, parents, and guests of all ages to enjoy.

The waterpark will be open until Aug. 24, and Mayor Patrick Brown and Coun. Rowena Santos got in on the fun in a video showing off the new attraction.

“Some people think you have to go to Muskoka to enjoy a beautiful lake. We have it right here in Brampton, one of our hidden jewels, Professor’s Lake,” the mayor said.

“I love professors lake, I grew up in this area on the blue slide, and my have we come a long way in terms of water activities at Professor’s Lake,” Santos said.

The park is run by Wibit Sports, which has set up inflatable water parks in over 100 countries.

Tickets for the Wibit water park are $25 for two hours or $15 for a one-hour timeslot, which may be available on-site depending on capacity limits. Passes include beach admission and can be purchased online, in person at Professor’s Lake Beach, or by calling 905-791-7751.
