The Carnival Chao Hyper Ride, a spooky interactive ride where those who dare hunt down ghosts and goblins, opens tonight in Niagara Falls.

There’s a spooky but family-fun opening ride opening up this weekend at Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls.

Bring both your unflinching nerves and dead-eye aim when Carnival Chaos Hyper Ride opens tonight (June 9) at the 4960 Clifton Hill location.

Running from 11 a.m to 11 p.m. all week long, the ride pits you and your handgun up against demonic spooks throughout the ride. The more ghosties and goblins you gun down, the bigger your score.

But beware! It may be tougher than you think as you ride your rickety roller coaster, guaranteed to throw off your “lock and load” finesse.

“You’ll need to bring your ‘A’ game to challenge the carnies coming at you from all sides as you get deeper and deeper inside this demonic world,” the ride promises.

“You’ll be whisked onto many dangerous amusement rides starting with a rickety roller coaster that crashes through the roof of a sinister workshop, then get spun out of control on the Wheel of Misfortune and the scary swing ride, then bang around in bumper cars until you are finally led to the bizarre Big Top show.”

Featuring seven fully interactive screens and five carts (four players per cart), the award winning HyperRide system brings together all the cutting-edge elements of today’s ride simulators and gaming technology.

It’s fully immersive with incredible interactivity, state of the art projection system, captivating media and game play, high velocity motion, high detail 3D animation and sounds.

Tickets are $9.99 for adults and $7.99 for children 12 and under. Here’s a taste of what you’ll face… if you dare!
