Video shows OPP cruiser crashing into vehicle on QEW in Oakville

Dashcam video captured an OPP SUV slamming into another vehicle from behind in a crash earlier this fall on the QEW in Oakville.
The chain-reaction crash occurred in the westbound QEW lanes near Bronte Road on Sept. 30 and involved three vehicles.
Four people, including an OPP officer, were injured in the crash and taken to hospital.
Posted on YouTube by IBAH, the video shows an OPP vehicle passing a truck on the left side two lanes over before coming to a sudden stop after slamming into the back of another vehicle.
The OPP cruiser is then nearly hit from behind by a white SUV which managed to stop on time.
Smoke is scene coming from the engine area on the front of the OPP SUV.

It is not known if any charges have been laid as a result of the accident which caused major traffic delays at the time.
