Video: Police nab Milton driver with ingenious, but illegal, device on vehicle

Halton police nabbed a motorist using an ingenious, but illegal, device to avoid traffic and toll cameras Sunday night in Milton.
The Milton District Response Unit tweeted out a video of a vehicle that was originally stopped for what officers thought was an un-plated vehicle.
When they got a closer look, however, they discovered a more elaborate device than they expected.
The car was equipped with a licence-plate concealing device. A mechanical cover could be raised and lowered via a button located within reach of the driver.
The unnamed driver is facing several charges.
