What if it's cloudy on April 8 during the solar eclipse?

Did you get up early enough in Mississauga to see the solar eclipse?

At around 5:40 a.m. in Port Credit, insauga.com got footage of this unique astrological event.

A solar eclipse occurs when the moon passes in front of the sun to create a ring of light in the sky. Within Canada, they are best viewed — with safety glasses — in Ontario, Quebec and Nunavut.

The next solar eclipse will not be visible in Canada until 2023.

Here is time lapse footage taken early this morning (June 10, 2021).
