Video Footage Shows Possible Kidnapping in Brampton

The investigation into a possible kidnapping in Brampton is underway.

Around 6:12 p.m. on Saturday, September 28, police say a male was walking southbound on the catwalk to the east of Larkspur Public School, continuing eastbound towards Field Thistle Drive.

“At this time video surveillance captures a silver Honda Civic travelling along Larkspur Road,” police say. “The vehicle appears to follow the male along Larkspur.”

According to police, the vehicle drove past the male and then made a U-turn, causing it to mount the curb at Larkspur Road and Field Thistle Drive. Two of the vehicle’s four male occupants allegedly exited the vehicle, grabbed the male victim, and threw him in the trunk of the vehicle.

“The vehicle travelled westbound on Larkspur Road, then southbound on Dandelion Road. The last visual of the suspect vehicle was seen travelling southbound on Dandelion Road at Cordgrass Crescent in the City of Brampton,” police report.

The two suspects who exited the vehicle are described as male, unknown race, 5’10”, approximately 150 to 160 lbs with a medium build, and were wearing dark clothing.

The victim (pictured above) is described as a male in his mid to late teens with a medium complexion and dark hair. At the time of the incident he was wearing a light green jacket, a blue hoodie, black pants, and white shoes.

The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
