One truck ruptured its diesel tank causing diesel to spill all over the highway making things very slippery.
The collision, which involved the two transport trucks and a couple of passenger vehicles, was caused by the light dusting of snow that occurred early this morning (March 19, 2019) that froze on contact, making the highway slippery.
