Vehicle flips on its side in crash outside Mississauga mall

A vehicle flipped on its side in a crash outside of a mall in Mississauga on Tuesday.
A spokesperson for Peel Regional Police told INsauga.com that the crash was reported at 12:41 p.m. on Dundas Street, west of Erindale Station Road.
Videos posted on social media show a vehicle flipped on its side at the entrance to the Westdale Mall parking lot. A sedan was also seen with severe front-end damage.

A female who was driving the vehicle that flipped was awake and breathing, the police spokesperson said, adding that she was taken to hospital as a precaution.
The scene was cleared as of shortly before 2 p.m.
There is no word on what may have caused the crash.
It happened in nearly the same location as a fatal hit-and-run that occurred a few weeks ago.
