Vehicle Flees After Knocking Down Railway Barrier in Mississauga

Officers are investigating a vehicle incident this afternoon in Mississauga.

Police were called at 1:16 p.m. regarding a vehicle that drove into a railway barrier at Stavebank Road and Park Street East, knocking the barrier down.

The driver then fled the scene.

It is unknown when the barrier will be repaired, police say.

Until then, drivers are asked to use caution when travelling through the area.
