A vegan burger joint will be opening a new location in the City of Brampton.

Odd Burger is best known for its popular vegan menu items such as burgers, “chickUN” sandwiches, vegan milkshakes, salads, wraps and breakfast items.

The restaurant prides itself in disrupting the fast-food industry by offering food made from scratch using plant-based, minimally processed and sustainable ingredients that are good for both people and the planet.

The burger joint currently has seven locations including one in Hamilton. The eighth location will be opening at 9055 Airport Rd. in Brampton later this month.

The grand opening celebration will take place on Saturday, Nov. 12 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and will include 99 cent kids burgers all day.

The first 50 people will also receive a fair trade certified, organic cotton Odd Burger tote bag.

Additionally, 25 per cent of sales made that day will be donated to Animal Save Movement, a non-profit organization that works to expose and dismantle animal exploitation industries.
