Vancouver apparel brand to open pop-up store at Square One in Mississauga

A Vancouver apparel brand will be opening a pop-up store at Square One in Mississauga as part of its Canada-wide expansion.
Duer, a performance apparel brand known for its “comfort-driven” denim and pants, opened its first store in Vancouver eight years ago.
On Apr. 1, Duer is set to open a pop-up store at Square One, which will be the first of five new locations planned for this year.
Currently, Duer has five storefronts in Canada and the U.S., with plans to double their national retail footprint this year, before further expanding into the U.S. and Europe.
Duer’s mission is to offer clothing that’s 100 per cent plastic-free by 2028 which ties into the brand’s goal to avoid the use of synthetic materials whenever possible.

Throughout the opening weekend, the store at Square One will feature a live DJ set from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will be offering free pants to the first 30 customers that visit the store before noon.
The grand opening on Apr. 1 will also feature a “spin-to-win” activation along with prizes and giveaways from local shops and partners.
The new 1,700 sq ft store will be located between La Vie en Rose and Vans.
