It’s official: Anyone age 12 or older will be able to book a COVID-19 vaccine in Mississauga and Brampton tomorrow (May 20).

Starting at 9 a.m. the bookings will be accepted using Peel Region’s online portal or by calling 905-791-5202.

Anyone ages 12 to 15 must be accompanied to their appointment by a parent or guardian who can provide verbal consent. Only the Pfizer vaccine will be given to this age group.

As per Ministry of Health guidance, appointments will be available at all seven Peel Public Health mass vaccination clinics, as well as the mobile school clinics and select pop-up clinics. Appointments will also be available to book at a William Osler Health System Vaccine Clinic in Peel.

Given the interest and demand to book appointments at the clinics, Peel Public Health warns there may be lengthy wait times to book appointments on the first day.
