Durham Police arrested a man in Uxbridge Tuesday after he was observed spinning his tires and ‘drifting’ around a corner, almost hitting another vehicle, on Davis Drive west of Regional Road 1.
The North Division officer observed smoke coming from the tires of the 25 year-old Uxbridge driver’s Dodge Charger and subsequently charged him with Stunt Driving and drive while under suspension. The driver, who held only a G2 license, had his license suspended for 30 days and his car impounded for 14 days.
