Taking alternative routes to avoid a major Brampton intersection has been strongly recommended by the Peel police.
At 4:48 p.m. on Friday (May 20), the Peel Regional Police received a report about a three-vehicle collision in the vicinity of Steeles Avenue East and Tomken Road in Brampton. While reports are preliminary and there is not yet any information about physical injuries to drivers or passengers, the police say the crash has caused “congestion.”
As such, drivers should take alternative routes and avoid the area until further notice.
