UPDATED: Police Searching for Missing Teenager in Brampton

Police are alerting the public regarding a missing person in Brampton.

Laiba Hameed, 14, was last seen by her family at 10:30 p.m. on Friday (March 23) at her residence in the area of Mount Fuji Crescent and Mountainberry Road, west of Bovaird at Airport Road.

Hameed is a South Asian female, 5’4” feet tall, with a thin build and straight brown hair. She wears a multi-colour hijab, glasses, and white running shoes.

Anyone who may have seen her or who may have information on her whereabouts is asked to call police at (905) 453-2121, ext. 2133.

UPDATED: Hameed was located in good health on Sunday March 25.
