Brampton Fire and Emergency Services say that the fire is at a high rise at 2 Silver Maple Court. The closest major intersection is Queen Street East and Dixie Road. 

Residents should avoid the area.

UPDATED: Peel Regional Police are assisting in the area. No injuries have been reported.
