UPDATE: Toronto driver charged following hit-and-run death of Burlington cyclist

Halton police have released the name of the Toronto woman charged following the recent death of a Burlington cyclist.
The hit-and-run collision occurred mid-afternoon on Thursday, May 18, when 81-year-old Doug Fritz was struck while riding eastbound on North Shore Blvd. near the QEW overpass.
The retired police officer was on his way to Joseph Brant Hospital where he was about to learn he didn’t have cancer.
The driver of the vehicle fled the scene of the collision, but was arrested several days later after an extensive police investigation.
Ji Feng, 41, of North York has been charged with failure to stop after an accident resulting in death, and careless driving causing death.
