Emergency services remain on scene for a single vehicle collision this afternoon in Brampton.
Emergency services remain on scene for a single vehicle collision this afternoon in Brampton.
Police were called at 5:34 p.m. regarding a crash at the intersection of Chinguacousy and Mayfield Road, in which the vehicle rolled over.
Officers and emergency services began searching for the vehicle’s driver, who was not inside the vehicle or at the scene.
Following a quick drone search, the injured driver was located nearby. The extent of the driver’s injuries is currently unknown.

Chinguacousy Road is closed from Mayfield until further notice. Residents should avoid the area.

UPDATE: The driver, a 38 year old Brampton man, has been arrested for dangerous driving and failing to remain at the scene of a collision.
