UPDATE: Power outage hits area of Brampton

A power outage in Brampton affected nearly 400 homes and businesses on Monday.
Alectra Utilities sais that as of 7 p.m. on Monday, power is out in an area that stretches from Mountainash Road to Goreway Drive, and from Sandalwood Parkway East to North Park Drive.

The outage was fully resolved by 10:40 p.m. on Monday night.

Alectra is also dealing with a similarly-sized outage in neighbouring Mississauga. It was still affecting 121 homes and businesses as of 10:40 p.m.; Alectra has stated that the ETR is 11:30 p.m. on Monday.
