UPDATE: Peel Police said Kendra’s family has been located nearby and she is being transported home.
“Children’s Aid Society has been contacted and will be attending the residence,” police said in a Tweet. “Thank you to the public and media outlets for their assistance.”

ORIGINAL STORY: Peel Regional Police are looking to locate the family of a three-year-old girl found early Friday morning (Aug. 13) at a bus terminal in Mississauga.
Police said the girl, whose name is Kendra, was found at a transit bus terminal at 7205 Goreway Drive in Mississauga at approximately 4:30 a.m. Friday and now they are in the process of trying to locate her family.
Kendra is described as weighing approx. 50 lbs, with a slim build, black hair, brown eyes, and wearing a white summer dress.
