A Niagara Parks' job fair scheduled for tomorrow at the Power Station has been cancelled due to the impending snowstorm. It's rescheduled for April 11 at a different location.

A job fair for Niagara Parks summer employees – the third of five scheduled – has been canceled tomorrow (March 4) due to the fears of an impending snowstorm.

Originally scheduled for the Niagara Parks Power Station, it has now been rescheduled for Niagara Parks’ Legends on the Niagara Clubhouse (entrance off Willoughby Drive) on March 11 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

“Due to the forecasted winter storm that is expected to result in hazardous travel conditions late Friday and into Saturday morning, Niagara Parks will be rescheduling Saturday’s job fair to the following Saturday, March 11, at a new location,” said Niagara Parks.

The organization added that everyone who registered to attend the job fair have been notified.

Additional job seekers who are interested in attending the rescheduled job fair on Saturday, March 11, are invited to pre-register by visiting niagaraparks.com/jobfair.

Niagara Parks is rolling the dice that 2023 will see a tourist boom become reality again and are looking to pick up more than 350 new workers.

After next week’s, the remaining job fairs are:

April 15: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Table Rock Centre (grand hall, second floor)
May 6: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Legends on the Niagara clubhouse
