Upcoming Brampton job fair looking for new hires to work in recreation

The City is hosting another job fair as it looks to fill out positions in a variety of recreational fields including aquatics, camps, and parks in Brampton.
The fair is planned for Thursday, June 1st from 2 to 7 p.m. at Terry Miller Recreation Centre, located at 1295 Williams Pkwy near Bramalea Road.
Interested applicants are encouraged to bring a copy of their resume on a USB key.
The event will focus on part-time job opportunities in the following fields:
- Aquatics
- Camps
- Customer Service
- Facility Operations
- Fitness
- General Program Instructors
- Inclusive Program Support
- Parks Maintenance and Forestry
- Preschool Instructors
- Skate Program Instructors
- Ski and Snow
- Sport Program Instructors
According to the City, job benefits include paid training, flexible schedules that work around other obligations, and access to discounted memberships.
