Some seriously good eats are about to hit the other side of the world!

Winner of the Food Network’s season two of Recipe to Riches for his famous butter chicken lasagna, Bramptonian and chef Rick Matharu is taking Rick’s Good Eats onto the streets of London, England.

The Punjabi-Canadian celebrity chef is hosting a summer of pop-up shops across London this year, called “RGE LDN”.

The exceedingly creative gem that is Rick’s Good Eats currently sits on the Mississauga and Brampton border at 6660 Kennedy Rd (it’s actually in Mississauga) and offers an incredible array of Canadian and Punjabi fusion dishes.

“Now, Rick’s Good Eats is ready to bring the pop-ups to London with the launch of RGE LDN,” reads a recent statement from Rick’s Good Eats.

“A summer in Central London with festivals, events, and a month-long residence near Spitalfield Market is planned for RGE London. Teaming up with their best friends Joti Sohi and James Haughey, RGE LDN will feature top sellers like the Gourmet Samosas, a variety of Chaat, Butter Chicken Loaded Fries, and a few new recipes created for the UK.”

Sohi and Haughey have spent weeks training at the Mississauga locaton to prepare for this launch and bring the same unique flavours to London.

“Presenting his famous gourmet samosa’s, as well as other original recipes, will be a team at a series of pop-up shops all over the UK,” a representative told inbrampton.com.

RGE LDN is set to launch on May 17 at The Travel Cafe in London for a private party – but you could score a ticket.

The @RGELDN Instagram account will follow Rick’s Good Eats’s journey through the UK, so if you’re in England this summer you might want to check it out.

For anyone who isn’t planning to travel to England to enjoy this new development, Matharu recently announced that he will eventually be launching a food truck here alongside his restaurant – yum!
