Unidentified suspect at large after Pickering pharmacy robbery

An unidentified man is on the lam after robbing a pharmacy in Pickering last night.

Police say a lone suspect walked into the Blue Skies Guardian Pharmacy on Kingston Rd. and demanded narcotic drugs shortly before 4:45 p.m. on Jan. 23. According to police, he managed to get some drugs and took off from the pharmacy on foot.

Nobody was hurt in the robbery.

Durham Regional Police describe the man as white, standing five-foot-eight. He was wearing a red and black sweater, a red mask, blue jeans and light green/beige shoes.
