Uber driver caught speeding in halton
I wonder if the Uber customer is still waiting for their order.
Halton Police charged an Uber driver for going nearly double the speed in a 60 km/h zone.
On Sunday (Feb. 12) 2023, at approximately 3:30 p.m., police stopped a driver travelling 114 km/h.
Officers say after further investigation, they came to know that, the driver was operating as a ride-sharing vehicle.
The driver whose identity has not been made public had their license suspended for 30 days and the car will be impounded for 14 days.
