Uber driver caught watching TikTok videos driving on QEW in Oakville

Halton Regional Police pulled over a vehicle Tuesday in Oakville after the driver was caught watching Tiktok videos while driving.

In a post on social media, police say the Uber driver was pulled over after being spotted on the QEW with a cellphone screen divided in two.

“One app for map & second for the movies,” said the tweet on Twitter. “Zero attention on the road.”

The officer explained they had made a similar post last winter about another Uber driver being pulled over for watching TikTok videos while driving.

The officer finished off the post with #NOTSAFE #ICWH.
