The first Canadian location of a U.S. charcuterie chain officially opens in Hamilton next week.

Graze Craze, at 2-312 Grays Rd. in Stoney Creek, opened in March, but they are celebrating with an official grand opening next week.

The business creates curated charcuterie boards, boxes, and grazing spreads with fresh meats, cheeses and fruit, for meetings, celebrations and events.

Hamilton Mayor Andrea Horwath, Councillor Jeff Beattie, and the executive directors of the Stoney Creek and Grimsby Chambers of Commerce are expected to join the ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 21.

The celebration is also a networking event with local business owners, real estate professionals and community influencers.

The Stoney Creek Graze Craze is owned and operated by 16-year Stoney Creek resident Danielle Parkes.

U.S. Air Force veteran Kerry Sylvester founded Graze Craze in Florida in 2018. The business has expanded with locations in the United States, Australia, France and now Canada.
